Altitude Aeromedical provides UK aviation medical appointments from our Farnborough clinic.
Medical fees
Initial Medical — £250
Includes the initial medical examination and 12-lead resting ECG.
Revalidation / Renewal — £200
For applicants who already hold or have previously held a medical certificate.
Additional investigations
Additional 12-lead resting ECG, where required — £50
Pure-tone audiogram, where required — £50
Additional fees
The examination fee covers the routine medical assessment and certification process. If additional medical reports, specialist investigations or review are required, these may involve separate third-party costs.
Where a case requires significant additional work outside the routine appointment — for example, review of extensive medical records, liaison with specialists, or ongoing case management — an additional professional fee may apply.
Any such fee will be discussed with you before additional chargeable work is undertaken.
Booking fee
A £50 non-refundable booking fee is payable online when you book your appointment.
The booking fee secures your appointment and is deducted from the total examination fee when you attend. The remaining balance is payable at the clinic.
Appointments may be rescheduled in accordance with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Clinic dates and appointment times
Altitude Aeromedical clinics are normally held on Fridays and Saturday mornings. Available clinic dates and appointment times are published through the online booking calendar.
An initial Class 2 medical will usually require more time than a routine revalidation or renewal, particularly as an ECG forms part of the initial examination.
